Please refer to our size chart below for any sizing inquiries.
+ Orders & Shipping
All regular orders will be processed between 1-3 days of the order being placed. Shipping for US domestic orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive. 2-day shipping and Next-day shipping are also available at an extra cost varying based on location.
+ Pre-order
Pre-order items will be shipped within the expected shipping date mentioned for the item. Pre-order shipping timelines vary. You will get an order confirmation at the time of placing your pre-order as well as at the time your order is being processed to ship. After pre-orders are processed for shipping, reference our normal shipping above. + International Shipping
International shipping is available, shipping outside of the US will be done throughInternational shipping may require 1-3 days of processing. + Custom & Made to Order
To inquire about a 1 of 1 custom piece or a made to order piece in a size not available please email us directly contact.aramac@gmail.com
Note: Custom & made to order pieces vary in price, upon emailing we will deliver a quote and timeline of completion.
+ Lost or Stollen Items
We want to ensure you receive your purchases so please contact us immediately contact.aramac@gmail.com if you suspect you items have been lost or stollen as this is the shipping carriers responsibility and we will try to assist in solving the issue.
+ Return Policy
Pre-orders
Pre-order items will be delivered within the expected delivery timeline mentioned when you place your order. Due to production, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pre-ordered items.
Return/ Exchange
Items qualify for return or exchange if shipped within 7 days of purchase. All returned/exchanged items must have original tags & be in their original packaging. Returned/Exchanged items cannot have any signs of wear or damage. For returns please allow 1-3 days after the product is received for your refund to be processed. responsibility and we will try to assist in solving the issue.
